I made this salad last weekend and was reminded again how versatile and delicious it is. It is a riff on an Ina Garten Recipe that I love and have used many times. I love that it keeps well in the refrigerator for several days. I like to serve it warm. You can make ahead and have it ready on Thanksgiving Day. Enjoy!
