Every great project begins with a conversation. After completing our inquiry form, we’ll meet to discuss your goals, timeline, and budget. From there, we prepare a preliminary estimate based on your project scope. When you’re ready to move forward, a design deposit allows us to finalize your plans and prepare a detailed proposal.
02. Design & Development
We’ll collaborate to refine your layout, selections, and scope of work. Our trade partners will visit your home to confirm details and finalize pricing. A final proposal is then created and if approved, the contract is signed, materials are ordered and your project is officially scheduled.
03. Pre-Construction
Before work begins, our team coordinates product orders, permitting, scheduling, and site logistics. We’ll meet on-site for a pre-construction walkthrough to review access, protection setup, and any final details—ensuring a smooth start.
04. Construction
Your project kicks off! Expect progress, communication, and a bit of dust. Our team manages every phase—from demolition and rough-ins to finishes and final installations—while keeping you informed and your home protected.
05. Completion
We’ll conduct a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets our standards and your expectations. After a thorough cleanup, we provide warranty details, final documentation, and photography. We love hearing your feedback—and hope you enjoy your beautifully transformed space!
