Custom Digital Mood Board $150 (or complimentary with our remodeling service)
We will create a custom mood board for you to provide inspiration for your next project. Depending on the project, we will suggest items to implement into your next project, such as flooring, paint color, tile, countertop, cabinetry, fixtures, fittings, etc. If you’d like a selection list with sources and pricing, it will be an additional charge, depending on the number of items. Digital 3D Renderings $375 (included with the purchase of cabinetry)
3D images of what your kitchen or other space could look like with new cabinets or a new layout. We will create up to 3 different layout ideas/renderings for your space. You will send us your existing floorplan and measurements, along with your ideas (removing a wall, removing soffits, rearranging the space so it’s more functional or to fit that island you’ve always wanted, or maybe keeping the same footprint but with new cabinets and counters), and for $375 we will email you 3D renderings so you can better visualize your remodel.
Full Set Drawings $1850 (included with the purchase of cabinetry)
Full set of dimensioned Elevations, Floor plan, and 3D Renderings. Send us your measurements and photos of your space and we’ll create up to 3 new designs for you. Three 3D renderings to choose the design of your choice, then we will create a dimensioned floor plan and elevations of your chosen layout.
